Enable ADB over ethernet without need for initial USB connection.

Caratteristiche:

- utilizza attualmente disponibili connessione di rete attiva: WiFi, Ethernet cablata, ..

- Android TV amichevole (dpad NAV + migliorato il pulsante di messa a fuoco)

- Nessun cavo USB richiesta

- avvio automatico al boot
